AudiX is a software tool, not a professional advisory service. Nothing on AudiX — including reconciliation outputs, extracted data, mismatch reports, or any other result generated by the platform — constitutes legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice.
AudiX is designed to assist trained professionals (Chartered Accountants, tax consultants, finance teams) in their work. It is not a substitute for professional judgement.
Always verify reconciliation outputs, consult applicable law, and use your own professional judgement before:
- Filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- Filing TDS returns (Form 26Q, 27Q)
- Claiming ITC in GSTR-3B
- Certifying Fixed Asset Registers for statutory audit
- Filing Income Tax Returns based on 26AS reconciliation
While AudiX is built to the highest standards of accuracy, reconciliation and extraction outputs depend on:
- The quality and completeness of data you upload
- Accuracy of data sourced from government portals (GST portal, TRACES, ESIC, Income Tax)
- Current applicability of rate tables, section codes, and Schedule II provisions
- Correct interpretation of data formats by our extraction algorithms
AudiX does not warrant that outputs will be 100% accurate in all cases. You should always cross-check AudiX outputs before relying on them for filing or audit certification.
Indian tax laws, GST rules, TDS provisions, and Companies Act provisions change frequently. AudiX makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform updated with current rules. However:
- AudiX cannot guarantee that all regulatory changes are immediately reflected in the platform.
- Users are responsible for staying informed about applicable regulatory changes.
- AudiX outputs based on outdated rules may not comply with current requirements.
Always verify that the AudiX version you are using reflects the current applicable rules for the period under reconciliation.
AudiX processes data exported from third-party government portals including the GST portal, TRACES, ESIC portal, and Income Tax portal. AudiX:
- Has no control over the accuracy or availability of data on these portals
- Is not responsible for errors in government portal data that affect reconciliation outputs
- Cannot guarantee compatibility with all future versions of government portal export formats
AudiX shall not be held liable for any tax demand notices, penalties, interest, or audit findings that arise from decisions made based on AudiX outputs — whether or not those outputs contained errors.
AudiX is a productivity and accuracy tool. Final responsibility for:
- Tax filings and their accuracy lies with the taxpayer and their appointed representative.
- Audit certification lies with the certifying Chartered Accountant.
- Financial reporting lies with the management and auditors of the entity.
