Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (ToS) define the service relationship between AudiX and you as a registered user. These complement the Terms and Conditions and specifically govern service availability, support, data handling, and platform usage expectations.

1. Service Availability

1.1 Uptime

AudiX aims to maintain platform availability of 99% uptime measured monthly. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

1.2 Scheduled Maintenance

  • Planned downtime will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via email or in-app notification.
  • Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice in the event of critical security issues.

1.3 Service Changes

AudiX may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will communicate significant changes through in-app notifications or email. Removal of features that paying users rely on will be communicated with at least 30 days notice.

2. Account and Access

2.1 Account Registration

  • One email address may be used to create one AudiX account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must keep your password secure and not share access with unauthorised parties.
  • Notify us immediately at support@audix.site if you suspect unauthorised account access.

2.2 Account Suspension

AudiX reserves the right to suspend accounts that:

  • Violate the acceptable use policy in the Terms and Conditions.
  • Show signs of fraudulent or abusive activity.
  • Have outstanding payment issues (paid plan accounts only).

Suspended accounts will be notified by email with the reason for suspension. Appeals may be submitted to support@audix.site.

3. Data Processing Terms

3.1 Your Data - Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the legal right to upload and process the data you submit to AudiX.
  • Obtaining necessary consents from your clients where required.
  • The accuracy and completeness of data you upload.
  • Not uploading data that contains personal information beyond what is required for reconciliation.

3.2 AudiX's Data Obligations

  • AudiX processes your uploaded files only within your session for the purpose of providing the requested reconciliation or extraction output.
  • No uploaded financial data is stored, copied, or accessed after your session ends.
  • AudiX employees do not access your uploaded files.
  • AudiX does not use your financial data to train AI models or for any other purpose.

3.3 Data Security

AudiX implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. By using AudiX, you acknowledge this inherent risk.

4. Support

4.1 Support Channels

  • Free plan: Email support at support@audix.site. Response within 3 business days.
  • Pro plan: Priority email support. Response within 1 business day (once available).
  • Enterprise: Dedicated account manager and SLA-backed support (as per contract).

4.2 Support Scope

Support covers:

  • Technical issues with the AudiX platform.
  • Guidance on using AudiX features.
  • Account and billing queries.

Support does not cover:

  • Tax or legal advice.
  • Interpretation of GST, TDS, or Companies Act provisions.
  • Client-specific reconciliation or audit decisions.

5. Integrations and Third-Party Services

AudiX may integrate with or accept data from third-party platforms including the GST portal, TRACES, ESIC, and accounting software such as Tally. AudiX is not affiliated with these platforms and cannot guarantee their availability or data quality.

Any changes in government portal formats or data structures may temporarily affect AudiX tool accuracy. We will update our tools to reflect such changes as quickly as possible.

6. Feedback and Improvements

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or bug reports to AudiX, you grant us the right to use that feedback to improve the platform without any obligation to compensate you. We welcome all feedback at feedback@audix.site.

7. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and AudiX regarding your use of the platform. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
