Refund Policy

Current Status: AudiX's Pro and Enterprise plans are not yet available for purchase. The platform currently operates on a free plan only. This Refund Policy will apply when paid plans are activated.

1. Current Billing Status

As of March 2026, AudiX operates on a free plan. No charges are currently levied for any AudiX product or feature. Accordingly, no refund situations currently arise.

Users who have joined the Pro plan waitlist have not been charged. Waitlist registration is free and non-binding.

2. Future Paid Plans - Refund Policy

When paid subscription plans are activated, the following refund policy will apply:

2.1 No Refund Policy

AudiX operates a no-refund policy for subscription payments. All subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except in the circumstances described in Section 2.2.

This applies to:

  • Monthly Pro plan subscriptions
  • Annual Pro plan subscriptions
  • Any add-on or upgrade charges

2.2 Exceptions - Refund Will Be Considered

AudiX will consider refund requests only in these specific situations:

  • Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same subscription period.
  • Technical failure: AudiX was entirely unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours during your paid subscription period, and AudiX support did not resolve the issue.
  • Billing error: You were charged an amount that differs from the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted within 7 days of the charge to support@audix.site with supporting details.

2.3 What Is Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after subscription activation
  • Failure to cancel before the auto-renewal date
  • Partial use of the subscription period
  • Dissatisfaction with reconciliation outputs (see Disclaimer)
  • Inability to use AudiX due to user-side technical issues (browser, internet, incompatible file formats)

3. Annual Plan Cancellation

If you cancel an annual plan before the end of the subscription year:

  • Access continues until the end of the paid annual period.
  • No pro-rated refund is provided for unused months.
  • Your account reverts to the free plan after the annual period ends.

4. Free Plan

The free plan has no payment and therefore no refund provisions. You may cancel your free plan account at any time through account settings.

5. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise plans are governed by individual contracts. Refund terms for Enterprise plans are as specified in the signed agreement between AudiX and the enterprise client.

6. How to Request a Refund

For eligible refund situations (Section 2.2):

  1. Email support@audix.site with subject line: 'Refund Request - [Your Registered Email]'
  2. Include: your registered email, the date of charge, the amount charged, and the reason for the refund request.
  3. Attach supporting evidence where applicable (e.g., screenshot of duplicate charge, bank statement).
  4. AudiX will review your request within 7 business days and respond by email.
  5. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
