These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of AudiX, accessible at audix.site ('the Platform'). By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any AudiX product or service, you agree to these Terms in full.
If you are using AudiX on behalf of a firm, company, or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
AudiX provides audit and tax compliance automation tools including but not limited to:
- GSTAlign — GST reconciliation (GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B)
- TDSAlign — TDS deduction and challan reconciliation
- FARSync — Fixed Asset Register audit and depreciation validation
- PDF & AI Extractor — Data extraction from government and institutional PDFs
- 26AS Recon — Form 26AS and TDS receivable reconciliation
AudiX is a software tool designed to assist professionals with compliance work. It does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use AudiX.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
AudiX offers a free plan with access to core features at no cost. The free plan:
- Is available to any registered user without payment
- May include usage limits (number of reconciliations, file sizes, etc.)
- May be modified or discontinued at AudiX's discretion with reasonable notice
- Does not require a credit card to activate
AudiX offers paid subscription plans (currently on waitlist). When paid plans become available:
- Subscription fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase
- Payments will be processed through secure, third-party payment gateways
- Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Pricing may change with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers
6.1 You May
- Use AudiX for legitimate audit, tax compliance, and financial reconciliation work
- Upload your own client data or data you are authorised to process
- Export and use the results generated by AudiX in your professional work
6.2 You May Not
- Use AudiX for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access source code of the platform
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access AudiX in bulk
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or any harmful code
- Share your account credentials with unauthorised parties
- Use AudiX to process data belonging to others without authorisation
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or bypass any security features of the platform
7.1 AudiX Property
All content, software, trademarks, logos, designs, and features of AudiX are the exclusive property of AudiX and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of AudiX without our prior written consent.
7.2 Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data, files, and content you upload to AudiX. By uploading data, you grant AudiX a limited, temporary licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. This licence ends when your session ends or your account is deleted.
AudiX is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AudiX does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely accurate in all reconciliation outputs.
Specifically:
- AudiX is a tool to assist — not replace — professional judgement. Always verify outputs before relying on them for filing or audit purposes.
- AudiX does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Outputs are for informational and workpaper purposes only.
- AudiX is not responsible for changes in government portal formats, GST rules, or TDS regulations that may affect tool accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AudiX shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
- Any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from platform downtime or errors
- Any errors in reconciliation output used to make tax filing or audit decisions
- Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect credentials
AudiX's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to AudiX in the 3 months preceding the claim. For free plan users, this limit is zero.
AudiX may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You violate these Terms & Conditions
- We detect fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity from your account
- We discontinue the platform (with reasonable advance notice)
You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use AudiX ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. AudiX will attempt to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of AudiX after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
